ACCESSIBILITY AT DOCLANDS
The DocLands Documentary Film Festival is dedicated to using physical venues that are accessible to all of our attendees and invited guests as well as accessible screening content both in-person and through our streaming services.
If you wish to communicate an accessible need, please fill out THIS FORM or email [email protected] directly. If you need ASL interpretation, please contact us at least 10 days prior to the screening you will need it for.
SMITH RAFAEL FILM CENTER
- Early entry for those with accessibility or mobility concerns
- Wheelchair spaces and reserved aisle seats for individuals with mobility concerns
- Companion pricing tickets (please inquire with box office)
- Accessible restroom stalls
- All-gendered single-occupancy accessible restroom
- Elevator onsite
- Assisted listening devices (available at concessions)

- Private lockable room for childcare needs
- Updated HVAC and air filtration systems
- ADA drop off zone directly in front of the theater

Closed captioning devices can be retrieved from the Concessions Stand. Please request with a Rafael Theater staff member after you arrive onsite.
